Not that the usual suspects need reminding but don't forget Teeside is on tonight and the Met Office (not they can be trusted to be 100% accurate) predict loverly weather tonight but maybe a bit windy. £15 for 4 hours - can't go wrong.

Sorry about the crap gearing advice. I've ran 7/74 there for ages but it was well undergeared tonight, either I'm getting quicker or switching from black widow to polini reeds has substantially dropped my max revs.

was wkd tonight my mate ran 6/62 anyways tonight on his b1 and thought it was ok, need to change mine on the rear to 48, revved abit tonight :)

01-07-2009, 10:57 AM
I dropped the rear to a 72 as it was all I had with me, I'll try a 70 next time. I doubt I could run much taller as the powerband on a banshee isn't wide enough, I'd be sacrificing too much on the tighter bits for a little extra on the straight.

sprry for cutting you off ! first time on my new bike didnt know what power it had :)

01-07-2009, 08:45 PM
Your the second person to apologise for cutting me up on Tue, and I didn't think either pass was bad :-)

I briefly gave chase but thought better of it and backed off after a few corners, I'm glad I did cos I'm aching today from my two offs, a third wouldn't of been good.
