As far as i know, you need to use 4.2 (series 1) crank cases.

ohh i see..

i think phonix should allow them tho...

s2 bottom end...
as it would make a nice quick aircooled...

any ones no anything about it?

as far as im concerned i think it should be aloud, because adding a 4 petal reed block to a series 1 engine make it the same as a series 2, and 4 petal reed blocks are legal in aircooleds,

must be a series 1 bottom end... tell him to put a bzm race crank, 4 petal reed block, and bzm 40cc pipe on it... then get it set up by someone who knows what they are doing as the engines can blow very easily

Or wait for the BZM to be accepted in the aircooled regs!!!

Yes series One bottom end only (or a Blata engine of course) in the aircooled class.
That is the line in the sand, otherwise it will just keep creeping and we will end up with aircooled supers!
As for the BZM engine, who knows what will happen there until we get more data about it.
