why because it was this week?
personaly i think its better without , the hairpin slows the flow up to much

No, just got the impression from Nick that hairpin in is what they are looking at for the future.

For 3 reasons I think it should be out

1. The grids are that big it will be chaos at the weekend with the hairpin in

2. It is so much more flowing without it in. I much prefer it.

3. I think it is actually safer in the wet without the hairpin in.

Definatly safer in the wet without it and the dry for that matter, faster laps too....

No mate, it's just a sound cushion to get around the noise issue for planning. Still the same bit of ground on the other side.

So what time is everyone getting there tomorrow?

I spoke to Stretton today and they said that we can go on in-between karts if the arrive and drives don't turn up because of poor weather.

I'll be getting there around 12 o'clock.

Can't wait. Apparently the D's now have enough people to run their own race :D Big up the fat boys :D

i HOPE they don't run the hairpin!!! to many people fall off there and drop petrol all over the track!!!!! not nice.. if they ran it the other way it would be better in the dry and the rain and also will make the flow of the track alot better.. i loved it the other way, not 100% keen witht the hairpin in, but when its dry the hairpin is fine just not very clutch friendly....... we shalll be there around12 too Gary

Just stay away from Jamie in the hairpin, you will be ok.

I do agree though. Even though the hairpin is regularly in use now and less 'dirty' than it used to be last year, it's not the place you want 30 riders howling into in the wet.
